Four Week Class: Thursdays, Aug 10, Aug 17, Aug 24, Aug 31, 5:30-6:30PM
Beginner/Intermediate
Please do not wear oil or lotion. Shorts, tank and crop tops are best for class, as your bare skin will help with traction on the pole.
This class is capped at 3 students at a time for almost one-on-one instruction!
Pole Dance for Strength and Flexibility is a fun way to get healthy, learn or refine your own set of pole dancing skills, and develop confidence in a supportive, intimate environment.
Stretching, strength training, flow, floorwork, and sensuality all come into play in Pole Dancing, and if you desire to take your work to the stage, you’re in good hands with Starshe!
Starshe has been learning, performing and teaching pole dancing since 1997. She’s developed her own unique and sensual theatrical style, and has taken her art form to the stage, performing in venues all over the US.
