For beginners! Inge Rogers teaches beginners a fusion of Belly Dance and Flamenco in this four week class. Attire for dance: black leggings or black jazz pants and black top
Inge Rogers grew up taking ballet dance lessons, and upon going home to Germany at the age of 19, she fell in love with Turkish Belly Dancing after seeing it performed in a local restaurant. That moment was pivotal in her study and love of a variety of dance methods.
Inge taught Belly Dance at the University of Lexington. In 1999, she met Davis Tillman and auditioned for a spot in his production Cirque De Sol. From 2002-2016, she danced at Levi Hospital’s Baron’s Ball. She’s also performed at Oak lawn, River Fest, Arts in the Park, Gallery Walk, and numerous other venues.
