Tai Chi for Health

Wednesdays September 18 – November 6, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
$96 for the full Session or $15/wk drop-in
Age 16 to Adult

Utilizing Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Arthritis, students will learn the “Basic Six” forms and beyond.  QiGong exercises will also be incorporated to facilitate the learning. All promotes balance, energy work, and connection to the breath. Let Tai Chi be a gift to yourself.

This class is lead by Barbara Schuette. Please wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes. Scholarships are available – email info@emergentarts.org for details.
